By attending Birmingham Footmad events, you agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Birmingham Footmad, its owners, employees, board members, agents, contractors, insurers, and affiliates, of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to attendance at one of our events. If a controversy or claim arises, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to resolve it solely by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with each party to bear its own fees, costs, and expenses. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
