Required fields for guests: For each person you register you must provide first and last name.
Optional fields for guests: Provide an email address for each person you wish to receive emailed updates on Mentone, and any dietary restrictions.
Sticker Shock Alert: When you reach the order summary form, you will see a higher total amount for your order than you would expect (we'll call it the Ticketmaster effect). However, unlike Ticketmaster, you have a choice.
Our processing platform, Zeffy, automatically adds a 15% donation to Zeffy. You can change the amount of the donation to your preference by clicking on the contribution window, choosing the option "Other", and keying in the amount you prefer to contribute (including zero).
Zeffy pays the processing fees for your purchase and has other costs associated with maintaining their platform. Zeffy does not require you to contribute, and neither do we. However, we do want Zeffy to succeed because they have really good tools for organizations like Footmad. We recommend a 5% tip, or whatever you can afford (even if that is zero).
