Optional fields for guests: Provide an email address for each person you wish to receive emailed updates on Mentone, and any dietary restrictions.
Sticker Shock Alert: Our processing platform, Zeffy, automatically adds a 15% donation to Zeffy. Zeffy does not require that you donate, and neither do we. You can change the amount of the donationtoyour preference (including zero) by clicking on the donation window, choosing the option "Other", and keying in the amount you prefer to contribute. Zeffy absorbs all processing fees instead of passing them on to non-profits like Footmad. They ask for a donation to help offset the processing fees they absorb, and to support their maintenance and development efforts. We recommend a minimum 5% donation, or whatever you can afford.
