What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register for an event, subscribe to our emails, respond to a survey or volunteer to help with an event. We may ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.

To send periodic emails for our dance weekend events. If you only provide an email address when you register for an event then we will only use your address to send you information and updates pertaining to your registration and for announcements pertaining to the next instance of that event.

We use PayPal to process online payment for event registration. Paypal employs secure server technology to protect your personal information during each order. After you register for an event your credit card details will not be stored on our servers. You may choose to allow PayPal to retain your information for future purchases. Do we use cookies? We do not. Our web site host. Paypal and Signup may use cookies as appropriate.
