Because of the Covid-19 pandemic the board of directors for Birmingham Footmad has passed an interim resolution regarding the election of the board that you can read here.
The fiscal year for Birmingham Footmad runs from June 1st to May 31st. By mid-September we submit our financial report for the previous fiscal year to CDSS who then consolidates all the results from its member organizations for filing with the IRS. As required by law we also file a form 990n (e postcard) with the IRS.

What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register for an event, subscribe to our emails, respond to a survey or volunteer to help with an event. We may ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.
What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
To send periodic emails for our dance weekend events. If you only provide an email address when you register for an event then we will only use your address to send you information and updates pertaining to your registration and for announcements pertaining to the next instance of that event.
To send our newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter you will periodically receive an email with special content related to our events and/or changes to our operations that may affect you. Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
